Charles Allen
Partner, RPC
Charles Allen focusses on Commercial Disputes. He is a solicitor advocate supporting clients in domestic and cross-border litigation as well as in international arbitrations across numerous jurisdictions. During the course of more than 20 years of practice in Asia, Charles has been involved in a wide range of disputes before the Hong Kong courts as well as in other jurisdictions around the region, including China, Singapore and India. Charles also specialises in domestic and international arbitration across a range of industries and has extensive experience under various rules including HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and LMAA. He has handled numerous institutional and ad hoc arbitrations as counsel, and has also sat as arbitrator. Among others, Charles is on the arbitrator panels of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Law Society of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Charles is a versatile and "very sharp and tactical lawyer" who represents clients on a variety of commercial disputes. He acts for a range of clients, including individuals, private and listed companies, multinationals, conglomerates and financial institutions. Charles is ranked as a leading individual in Chambers Asia Pacific 2020.

Doug Clark
Global Head of Disputes Resolution, Rouse
Doug is the Global Head of Disputes Resolution at Rouse, an IP boutique with offices in China, South East Asia, the Middle East and Russia.  He has practiced IP law in Hong Kong and China for over 25 years.  He has been appointed an arbitrator in a number of Hong Kong seated technology arbitrations and is also acting as counsel in a number of cases.  Doug practised as a barrister in Hong Kong from 2010 to 2019.  Prior to that he was based in Shanghai for 10 years as Managing Partner and Head of China IP with a large international firm.

Vanina Sucharitkul
International Arbitrator, University of Paris Descartes; Director of ArbitralWomen
Vanina Sucharitkul specializes in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. She has over 15 years’ experience advising local and international clients on a diverse range of cross-border disputes in international firms in San Francisco, Paris, Bangkok, and Hong Kong. Qualified in California, Vanina Sucharitkul has acted as counsel and advocate in arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions under the auspices of institutions including, amongst others, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, AAA, and TAI. Vanina Sucharitkul has served as Thailand's Court Member to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce since July 2012 and is currently sitting as arbitrator. She is a director of ArbitralWomen and maintains leadership positions in a number of arbitration organizations.

Heidi Chui
Partner, Stevenson, Wong & Co
Heidi Chui focuses on commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. She has worked as in-house legal advisors on leading banks in Hong Kong. She heads the Dispute Resolution Department and Banking Department of Stevenson, Wong & Co.. She has extensive experience in international arbitration, asset recovery, receivership, debt restructuring and cross border enforcement, in particular in asset tracing and urgent application for injunction. Heidi is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a panel arbitrator on various arbitration institutions, including Shanghai International Arbitration Centre, Shenzhen International Arbitration Centre and other many arbitration institutions. She has been recognized as a "Client's Choice" award winner in Litigation by the International Law Office. She has been nominated by "Asia Legal Business" as finalists for "Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year" and "Woman Lawyer of the Year"; Leading Lawyer in “Dispute Resolution” and “Banking and Finance” by Asialaw Profiles.

Sarah Malik
CEO and International Disputes Counsel, SOL International Ltd
Sarah Malik is an experienced and well - regarded lawyer whose 21-year career to date has spanned internationally. Sarah founded SOL International Ltd in the UAE in August 2018 which went on to be awarded Emerging Law Firm of the Year 2019 and Recognised Leaders in Dispute Resolution in 2019. Prior to establishing SOL, Sarah practiced as a Barrister at a leading set of Chambers in London, worked as employed Counsel at a top UK law firm and headed the Advocacy and Investigations team of an International law firm in Dubai. Her core practice areas are Dispute Resolution, Private Wealth and Employment Law. Sarah is a member of the SIAC Users Council in the Middle East and is appointed on the Lagos Panel of Arbitration Neutrals. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accepts appointments to sit as an arbitrator. Sarah undertakes international commercial arbitrations (DIAC, ADCCAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC) and practices commercial and employment litigation in the DIFC and ADGM Courts. She is regularly instructed to presents training seminars on behalf of and in conjunction with SIAC, DIFC, ADGM, DIAC and RICS. As well as practicing law, Sarah has authored various articles on litigation, arbitration and employment. At the end of 2019 she authored a Guide to GCC Arbitration, published by Lexis Nexis and in 2018, she authored the UAE Chapter on Arbitration in the International Comparative Legal Guide. Sarah is often invited to speak at Dispute Resolution, Employment and Leadership conferences in the UAE, GCC and internationally. In addition, she is a Visiting lecturer on the LLM course at Middlesex University, Dubai, where she teaches International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration and DIFC Employment Law & UAE Labor Law.
