David Bateson is a leading international arbitrator who has been involved as arbitrator in over 150 arbitrations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America. Ms. Boltenko is a barrister, arbitrator, and mediator with over a decade of experience in cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration. Prof. Elijah Putilin, FCIArb is an independent arbitrator and counsel.
