Victor P. Leginsky, Canadian citizen, is an experienced international arbitrator and mediator resident in the United Arab Emirates since 2007. Victor has earned the internationally-recognized designations of Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is appointed to the CIArb Panel of Arbitrators. Victor is a CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, London) accredited mediator and mediation experience as Chair, Manufactured Home Park Dispute Resolution Committee (Attorney General of British Columbia, Canada, appointment) and in mediations. Victor is appointed to the panels or lists of arbitrators in a number of international centres and is a committee member of the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) Canada. Andrew Pullen specialises in international arbitration, appearing as counsel and sitting as arbitrator. Described as ‘enthusiastic and well informed’… with ‘a deep knowledge of arbitral rules’ (Chambers & Partners), Andrew’s experience includes cases determined under a wide variety of governing laws and arbitral rules, in Asia, Europe and the US. With experience across a diversity of business sectors, Andrew’s recent cases range from construction disputes in Australia and Asia, to claims relating to software licensing and the development of pharmaceuticals, to joint venture disputes. He has considerable experience of arbitrations relating to Indonesia: recent examples include a claim against a contractor arising from a fire at a power plant and a dispute arising from a mining venture. Caroline Kenny is a Chartered l arbitrator specialising in international commercial disputes. She has more than 35 years’ experience acting in complex international matters, including over 16 years as King’s Counsel. She is admitted to practice in Australia, the United Kingdom and New York. She is currently serving her second term as the elected Trustee for Australasia to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, headquartered in London. She is highly respected in the international arbitration community for her commitment to the promotion of arbitration as the preferred means for resolving international disputes and for her diligent, responsive and practical approach as an arbitrator. Caroline has served as presiding arbitrator, sole arbitrator and wing arbitrator in a broad range of complex disputes, including banking, finance, joint ventures, construction, Mergers and Acquisitions, energy, insurance, re-insurance, IT, licensing, sale of business, manufacture, sale of goods, crypto-currency, entertainment and sports. Ms. Boltenko is a barrister, arbitrator, and mediator with over a decade of experience in cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration. Most recently with Fangda Partners in Hong Kong, Ms. Boltenko has also practised with leading arbitration teams in Paris and Singapore. Chris has also undertaken a client secondment to a global trading house; been based in both civil and common law jurisdictions; and in addition to counsel work, sits as an arbitrator. Chris practised with Herbert Smith across its London, Tokyo and Bangkok offices, was a founding partner of King & Spalding’s Tokyo office and has spent the last 3 years as an equity partner in the arbitral hub of Singapore. Chris specializes in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, and represents clients in a wide variety of complex high-value cross-border commercial disputes which regularly include claims for in excess of a US$ billion and predominantly arise out of the energy, resource, transport, infrastructure, financial services, media and IT sectors, with Chris having a particular expertise in oil and gas, construction and investment treaty cases. A number of his recent cases have been tracked by and reported in Global Arbitration Review.
