Simon specializes in arbitration, investment, shipping, & construction. He is qualified to act as both arbitrator and counsel and has participated in major international and domestic arbitrations. He is listed arbitrator at the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) and Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC) and a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Adrian Cole is an Independent Arbitrator, Mediator and Dispute Board member and a specialist in energy, real estate and infrastructure development and formerly led King & Spalding’s highly rated Middle East Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr Cole is listed by Who’s Who Legal as one of the top 25 construction dispute resolution lawyers in the World and ranked tier one by Chambers Global and Legal 500. As arbitrator, Mr Cole has decided over 90 significant and complex cases sitting with some of the world’s leading arbitrators and is listed by Chambers Global as one of the most in demand arbitrators. He has recently successfully mediated a complex commercial dispute between a major Japanese trading house and four European companies. Mr Cole is a member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR at the ICC and was a task force leader on a project to widen awareness and use of ADR. Prior to joining the Hong Kong Bar in 1999 Jeremy was in private practice at Herbert Smith and from 1994 to 1999 an international equity partner with Coudert Brothers where he was Head of the Litigation Department and Co-Head of the firm’s Asia Region Arbitration Practice Group (9 regional offices). Following upon his extensive experience as advocate/counsel in arbitrations, Jeremy acts as arbitrator (sole, co-arbitrator or and presiding arbitrator) in international commercial arbitrations and has accepted appointments under the rules of various institutions as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. Jeremy acts in a broad range of commercial litigation, including company and shareholder disputes, insolvency, trusts and estates, international trade and shipping, conflict of laws, defamation, employment/restraint of trade, professional negligence and securities regulatory matters. His practice has involved numerous appearances in the appellate Courts, including in the Court of Final Appeal [1] . He has been a contributing editor to Hong Kong Civil Procedure. Andrew Pullen specialises in international arbitration, appearing as counsel and sitting as arbitrator. Described as ‘enthusiastic and well informed’… with ‘a deep knowledge of arbitral rules’ (Chambers & Partners), Andrew’s experience includes cases determined under a wide variety of governing laws and arbitral rules, in Asia, Europe and the US. With experience across a diversity of business sectors, Andrew’s recent cases range from construction disputes in Australia and Asia, to claims relating to software licensing and the development of pharmaceuticals, to joint venture disputes. He has considerable experience of arbitrations relating to Indonesia: recent examples include a claim against a contractor arising from a fire at a power plant and a dispute arising from a mining venture. Weiyi advises clients on investigations into corruption, money laundering, employee misconduct, fraud and other white-collar offences, and assists them with their response to enforcement and regulatory authorities in the context of government investigations. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc (Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Indonesia). Shai Wade

Shai advises on international arbitration, serving both as counsel and arbitrator in complex and large-scale disputes. Shai is an international arbitration lawyer with a particularly strong expertise in cases arising from the upstream oil and gas and energy sectors as well as in joint venture, shareholder and partnership disputes and cases involving IT, telecoms, construction, infrastructure, mining and international sale of goods disputes. Scott Warren is a partner in our Tokyo and Shanghai offices, specializing in cybersecurity, data privacy and digital data disclosures in Asia and the Middle East. He also has significant experience in compliance, intellectual property (IP), litigation, dispute resolution, and government regulatory and internal investigations. Scott started his career as a civil litigator in California. He moved to Japan in 1993, where he has lived since. He served seven years as general counsel at Sega Corporation and six years as a senior attorney at Microsoft. He serves on the executive board of The Society for the Policing of Cyberspace, a nonprofit organization. He headed Kroll in Japan and Kroll Ontrack across Asia, and later opened Epiq Systems in Japan, providing IP protection, computer forensics and e-discovery solutions. Scott is a California-licensed lawyer and a licensed foreign lawyer in Japan. He is a Certified International Counter-Cyber Crime Professional and certified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Since 2004, he has served on the Society for the Policing of Cyberspace, a non-profit organization dedicated to working with its global members towards a more secure Internet. Arran Dowling-Hussey is a barrister, arbitrator and mediator practicing from chambers at 4-5 Gray's Inn Square, London. He is an adjunct professor of law at University College Cork and also at Gujarat Maritime University. Arran is an outgoing Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (having served 2017-2024) and a member of the Council of the Society of Construction Law. Leonora Riesenburg is a seasoned, independent Chartered Arbitrator and Accredited Mediator, empanelled on arbitration and mediation panels across the globe. A UK qualified barrister, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales, in the UAE since 2007, Leonora is an International Tenant at 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square in London, a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and a Certified ADR Practitioner and Fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR). Her practice is international, and routed cross jurisdiction, encompassing both civil and common law systems. Previously Branch Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UAE, and a member of Board of Management for CIArb London, Leonora holds pivotal roles for the CIArb as a Regional Pathway Leader (International Arbitration, Commercial Mediation) in the MENA region and is a highly sought after faculty member for the Institute. She also trains and assesses for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), both in MENA and in the UK. Jun Hong Tan

Jun Hong has appeared as counsel in international arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules, and at all levels of the Singapore courts. The Singapore Court of Appeal has commended his “clear and measured oral submissions”. He has advised and represented clients in disputes across a wide range of subject matter, including civil fraud, shareholder disputes, disputes relating to extractive industries and arbitration-related litigation. Before joining Chambers, Jun Hong worked at leading international arbitration practices in London and Singapore. He previously served as a Justices’ Law Clerk, where he clerked for the Chief Justice, Judges and International Judges of the Singapore Supreme Court. He also lectured at the Singapore Management University, and as a Singapore Institute of Legal Education instructor. Jun Hong is qualified in Singapore, New York and England & Wales (solicitor). Arif Edison (Cai/蔡) is an Indonesian lawyer since 2015, certified mediator and legal auditor since 2016, registered as a committee of executive board the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator - East Asia Branch (headquartered in Hongkong) , International Bar Association (IBA), Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI), Indonesia Tax Lawyer Association (PPPKHI), Indonesia Capital Market Lawyer Association (HKHPM), Indonesia Mediator Association (BAMI) and an entrepreneur registered in Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia), Indonesia Young Entrepreneur’s Association (HIPMI). Arif finished his master degree on business law major and a diploma in international commercial arbitration held by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – London (CIArb). Some of his working and social experiences are as follows: Arif has participated in many Arbitration workshop since 2013. He was an assistant of BANI Arbitrator in 2014. In the same year, he was also invited as Indonesian Presidential Candidate Legal Team. And has been working as legal head in various Indonesian Business Group Entity since 2015. On 2016 Arif was appointed as legal expert in Jakarta Government Body. Involved as UNHCR – Indonesia advocacy team and his passion in technology has made him a founder of a legal service mobile application namely MYLAWYER since 2018 which has been accepted into Founder Institute Singapore by Silicon Valley on July 2021. Finally he also founded Indonesia International Arbitration Center on March 2021.
