Jingzhou Tao is an independent arbitrator based in Beijing. He is an avocat à la Cour de Paris. He has more than 40 years of experience advising Fortune 500 companies for the negotiation of hundreds of mergers and acquisitions, joint venture contracts, international construction contracts, production sharing agreements, etc. He has acted as counsel, co-arbitrator, chair and sole arbitrator in more than two hundred international arbitration proceedings before major international arbitration institutions such as ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, CIETAC, BAC, etc. He is a member of the advisory boards of CIETAC and HKIAC, the expert committee member of Chinese International Commercial Court of Chinese Supreme Court and the board member of Saudi Center of International Arbitration. He is also a member of the KCAB International Advisory Council. He is a special invited professor of law in Tsinghua University Law School and Adjunct Professor of Georgetown University Law Center. Myung-Ahn Kim is Presiding Head of International Arbitration/Dispute Resolution Team at Yoon & Yang. Before Joining the firm, she worked at the Bank of Korea, California Department of Justice/Attorney General’s Office, and a UK-based global law firm, respectively. Ms. Kim has successfully represented domestic and international entities in ICC, SIAC, DIS, LMAA, HKIAC, KCAB and AAA/ICDR arbitrations (including complex cross border enforcement procedures). She has also acted as counsel for the Republic of Korea in an investor-state dispute (ISD) related to an expropriation of land claim under the Korea-US FTA and obtained victory on behalf of the state. Ronnie King is a senior foreign legal advisor at Ashurst KJV where he has based since Spring 2023. He commenced practice in 1984 in London and was a partner in Ashurst between 1994 and April 2025 specialising in dispute resolution. Ronnie has particular experience in energy sector disputes, major infrastructure projects and white collar crime. He has been based in Asia since 2016 and is a former managing partner of Ashurst’s offices in Singapore and Tokyo. Hari is a seasoned litigator in high stakes commercial disputes. He has acted at all levels of the Singapore courts, in international arbitration tribunals, and before special tribunals. He has considerable expertise in shareholder disputes, technology disputes and claims involving commercial fraud. His experience also extends to acting in white collar crime matters and conducting internal investigations for financial institutions and large multinational corporations. Prior to joining Collyer Law to launch the disputes practice, Hari worked at several leading law firms in Singapore, including most recently with eminent Senior Counsel for more than four years. Laurie-Anne Grelier

Laurie-Anne Grelier assists Korean and global companies, especially Asian multinationals, with navigating the competition law and foreign investment aspects of their activities in Europe. Laurie-Anne cumulates more than 10 years of experience advising these companies on complex, high-stake European competition law issues, including antitrust and cartel investigations, the clearance of transactions, the structuring of licensing, distribution, collaborative and other commercial arrangements, issues related to abuse of dominance, and the structuring of compliance programs. This extends to representing these companies in litigation before the European Courts, whether to challenge regulatory decisions or to defend multi-million private antitrust claims. A growing part of her practice encompasses assisting these companies with the control of their investments under CFIUS-like regimes in Europe and the new EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Laurie-Anne also advises Asian companies on the application of new regulations in the technology sector, such as the EU Digital Markets Act.

Scott Warren is a partner in our Tokyo and Shanghai offices, specializing in cybersecurity, data privacy and digital data disclosures in Asia and the Middle East. He also has significant experience in compliance, intellectual property (IP), litigation, dispute resolution, and government regulatory and internal investigations. Scott started his career as a civil litigator in California. He moved to Japan in 1993, where he has lived since. He served seven years as general counsel at Sega Corporation and six years as a senior attorney at Microsoft. He serves on the executive board of The Society for the Policing of Cyberspace, a nonprofit organization. He headed Kroll in Japan and Kroll Ontrack across Asia, and later opened Epiq Systems in Japan, providing IP protection, computer forensics and e-discovery solutions. Scott is a California-licensed lawyer and a licensed foreign lawyer in Japan. He is a Certified International Counter-Cyber Crime Professional and certified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). Since 2004, he has served on the Society for the Policing of Cyberspace, a non-profit organization dedicated to working with its global members towards a more secure Internet. Young Shin Um is a Senior Counsel at the International Arbitration Team. Young Shin worked as a Senior Deputy Director at the International Dispute Settlement Division in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, where she managed investor-state disputes and represented the Korean government in ICSID Rules Reform Project and in UNCITRAL Working Group III. Prior to joining the government in 2020, Young Shin practiced international arbitration in major Korean law firms. Young Shin holds LL.B. and J.D. from Seoul National University (LL.B., 2007, and J.D., 2012), LL.M. from New York University (LL.M. in International Legal Studies, 2008/LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration, 2019), and is S.J.D. candidate at Seoul National University. Lee has been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator, has acted as a Quantum Expert and Delay and Disruption Expert in Arbitration and as a Quantum Expert in the local courts. Lee has been cross examined several times in front of leading Arbitrators and by leading QCs. Lee’s experience has been gained in building, oil and gas, civil engineering, aviation, rail and marine projects with values up to AED 3.2 billion in the UK and the Middle East. Yuichi Ikeda is a Tokyo-based Partner in PwC Japan’s Forensic Technology practice with extensive experience supporting digital forensics and eDiscovery across internal investigations, civil litigations, arbitrations, and regulatory investigations on a global scale. In addition to reactive investigation work, he oversees proactive engagements including compliance monitoring and employee communications surveillance using forensic technology, data analytics, and AI. Kiyoung Nam is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim who concenturates on eDiscovery, internal investigation, forensic investigation, data management, and data privacy. He has served clients in the management of data in litigation, arbitrations, investigations, and regulatory reponses. His expertise covers a range of activities across the EDRM phases, including textual analysis for cross boarder matters. He as led and directed multiple computer forensic investigations for global companies and reported on findings. He acts for foreign counsel, investigators, and exchanges in tracing and recovering misappropriated crypto assets through Korean civil, criminal, and regulatory channels, and advises offshore operators on Korean market entry and licensing. He served as project lead for the Ministry of Science and ICT and KISA study on Korea's proposed Framework Act on Blockchain, and previously served as vice chair of the Korean Bar Association's IT and Blockchain Committee.
