Keating Chambers
Simon specializes in arbitration, investment, shipping, & construction. He is qualified to act as both arbitrator and counsel and has participated in major international and domestic arbitrations. Simon regularly appears in proceedings governed by various rules, including UNCITRAL, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). He has also acted as counsel at multiple judicial levels in Indonesia. Simon represents both investors and States in investment disputes and actively advises the government and private corporations on strategic infrastructure and energy projects. He is a member of the government-appointed investment team, responsible for assessing risks and policies related to the administration’s budget allocation. Simon has contributed to the drafting of several laws and regulations, earned prestigious accolades for his pro bono work, and published in leading legal journals.

Dr. Anangga W. Roosdiono, S.H., LL.M, FCBArb., is the Chairman of BANI Arbitration Center, Vice President of Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group and Vice Chairman the Indonesian Sports Arbitration Board (BAKI). He is listed arbitrator at the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) and Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC) and a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Dr. Anangga is the founder and Senior Partner of Roosdiono & Partners, He is member of the Association of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM). He is also a member of ASEAN Business Advisory Council. Dr. Anangga lectures at the Business and Management School, Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung, and at the Law School, University Pelita Harapan, Jakarta.

Andrew Pullen specialises in international arbitration, appearing as counsel and sitting as arbitrator. Described as ‘enthusiastic and well informed’… with ‘a deep knowledge of arbitral rules’ (Chambers & Partners), Andrew’s experience includes cases determined under a wide variety of governing laws and arbitral rules, in Asia, Europe and the US. With experience across a diversity of business sectors, Andrew’s recent cases range from construction disputes in Australia and Asia, to claims relating to software licensing and the development of pharmaceuticals, to joint venture disputes. He has considerable experience of arbitrations relating to Indonesia: recent examples include a claim against a contractor arising from a fire at a power plant and a dispute arising from a mining venture. Andrew frequently works as co-counsel with lawyers from many jurisdictions and has significant experience of interim measures and jurisdiction issues in arbitration. Andrew is an English-qualified barrister, based in Singapore since 2011. Mr Bridge SC is a senior legal practitioner (barrister) with 47 years’ experience as a trial and appellate lawyer in common law trials and appeals in federal and state courts, Royal Commissions and inquests. Over the past 20 years he has acted principally as a mediator and sometimes as counsel in nearly one thousand mediations. Mr Bridge’s areas of practice have been principally in areas of commercial law, mining disputes, class actions, insurance, professional negligence, common law, public liability, and construction and infrastructure disputes. Alvin is a senior associate at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, specialising in dispute resolution. Since joining in 2013, he has handled both domestic and international arbitrations, including cases under SIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, BANI, and LAPS SJK rules. He has also completed advanced courses from institutions like CIArb, ICC, and IARBI. Alvin advises clients on insolvency matters and has acted as counsel in major cases like Garuda Indonesia’s PKPU process, and is a registered bankruptcy receiver and PKPU administrator. Jacky Darsono is a commercial disputes partner based in our Hong Kong office. He represents clients in court, arbitration and financial regulatory matters. He has advised and litigated cases before the Courts of Hong Kong, Singapore and England and Wales, with a substantial portion of those matters involving applications for urgent interim injunctive relief. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc (Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Indonesia). He has dealt with a broad range of disputes including corporate, commercial, shareholder disputes, financial services, regulatory investigations, judicial review, professional negligence, product liability, crossborder contentious insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, defamation and shipping. John advises on a range of energy, trade and finance matters, with particular expertise in international commercial arbitration, investigations and public international law. John has a strong legal and commercial understanding of the trade, energy (including oil and gas, mining/natural resources, hydrogen and renewables), infrastructure and finance sectors. John is experienced in working with most international arbitration rules and recognised institutions, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, LMAA, HKIAC, CIETAC and UNCITRAL, and frequently appears as counsel before arbitral tribunals. Hafid Triadmaja Syahputra (Hafid) is the Senior Associate of T&K graduated and duly admitted to the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The University of Melbourne in 2021, which mainly focused on dispute resolution and competition law. Prof. Elijah Putilin, FCIArb is an independent arbitrator and counsel. A UK qualified barrister, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales, in the UAE since 2007, Leonora is an International Tenant at 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square in London, a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and a Certified ADR Practitioner and Fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR). Her practice is international, and routed cross jurisdiction, encompassing both civil and common law systems. Previously Branch Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UAE, and a member of Board of Management for CIArb London, Leonora holds pivotal roles for the CIArb as a Regional Pathway Leader (International Arbitration, Commercial Mediation) in the MENA region and is a highly sought after faculty member for the Institute.
