Simon specializes in arbitration, investment, shipping, & construction. He is qualified to act as both arbitrator and counsel and has participated in major international and domestic arbitrations. Roosdiono, S.H., LL.M, FCBArb., is the Chairman of BANI Arbitration Center, Vice President of Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group and Vice Chairman the Indonesian Sports Arbitration Board (BAKI). He is listed arbitrator at the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) and Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC) and a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Andrew Pullen specialises in international arbitration, appearing as counsel and sitting as arbitrator. Described as ‘enthusiastic and well informed’… with ‘a deep knowledge of arbitral rules’ (Chambers & Partners), Andrew’s experience includes cases determined under a wide variety of governing laws and arbitral rules, in Asia, Europe and the US.
